And it all started with a seed...

June of 2012 Alexa and I had planted a watermelon plant 

that started out just like this seed here.

And with some TLC from the amazing Miss. Alexa

Day after day

Watering her watermelon seed...

There grew a little watermelon

And with extra TLC from Miss. Alexa..

The watermelon got bigger and bigger

Till one day it was ready and we picked it !! 

And to our surprise it was ready !!!!!!!!!!! 

So as I say again, it all started with a seed, and from that seed we grew the juiciest, sweetest, and most refreshing watermelon we have had this summer ALL because of little Miss. Alexa :)

7 Months Pregnant !!!

7 MONTHS PREGNANT <3

we officially have 82 days till our little man comes into this world ! 

From 6 months to 7 months Bryson has become MUCH more active then EVER !!! I am constantly feeling what seems like fingers or toes poking me :) headbutts to the bladder, knees and elbows to the ribs, you name it I feel it ! This month as well, Bryson and Alexa have developed a little game with each other, she will poke my belly and everywhere Alexa pokes Bryson will kick, She thinks its the silliest thing and laughs, Definitely a heart warming thing to see !! Hopefully when Bryson gets here they will still have this LOVING connection with each other <3

Total Weight Gain: 24lbs

Our Baby Boy This Week 

By this week, your baby weighs two and a quarter pounds, ( like a chinese cabbage) and measures 14.8 inches from the top of his head to his heels. He can blink his eyes, which now sport lashes. With his eyesight developing, he may be able to see the light that filters in throughout your womb. He's also developing billions of neurons in his brain and adding more body fat in preparation for life in the outside world.

A daddy weekend !!!

So as many of you know, Blake is home 10% of the time due to the work that he does.. . So this past weekend he decided to surprise Alexa and come home for the weekend, needles to say she was VERY HAPPY !!!!! 

Day 1: Alexa woke up to her wonderful surprise of daddy calling her name :)

At first she was taken back and slightly confused but after a few second of complete shock she was THRILLED to see her daddy and couldn't get over the fact that he was here !

She was SO excited and couldn't stop jumping, giggling, screaming, and signing his name :) It was a sight to see that lasted ALL weekend !

That morning Alexa also shared her breakfast with her daddy in bed and snuggled up to him while watching her favorite show " Curious George "

Her daddy even treated her to a mani/pedi !

She walked out thinking she was queen of the world, strutting her new painted nails with her daddy <3

Day 2: We hangout at the house playing with daddy :)

Alexa was full of hugs and kisses for him !!!

For dinner we ate at this restaurant called " Twisted Taco" and ate in a jail cell ! Alexa thought it was the coolest thing, considering she was able to watch cartoons as well 

 Day 3: On the last day of Blake being in town for the weekend, Alexa spent majority of her time following Blake everywhere he went ! And helping with his 5 start breakfast :)

I think she even had more fun with daddy at bath time then she does with me :/ l0l

After her bath she had another surprise waiting for her from her daddy !

MONEY FOR HER PIGGY BANK !!!

Alexa was SO excited to put all her money that her daddy gave her in her piggy bank !

In the end our daddy weekend was by far the best weekend we have had in a long time !!! We got pampered, played outside for hours, had a fun dinner at " Twisted Taco", Alexa even added LOTS of money to her piggy bank !!! But as good as our weekend was, unfortunately Monday had to come, rather quick may I add...and we had to say bye to daddy yet again till he comes home next time.

A sweet & sassy personality :)

Our sweet princess is growing SO fast, I just can't grasp it ! Everyday she is learning new words and overcoming yesterdays obstacles. Over the last month or two, her sweet but sassy personality has been shinning through those pearly whites ! She is becoming such a sweet, loving, giggly, caring, and curious,  little girl, as well as she is becoming a very independent, outspoken, determined, demanding and sassy little girl. Words can't even begin to explain how much I love her and how much I am enjoying staying home with her everyday teaching, learning, and watching her bloom into HER own individual self.

Never does a day go by where she isn't making my day a million times better ! Her HUGE carefree/heart warming smile just melts my heard into pieces. Her sweet little giggles brings tears of joy to my eyes. Her sweet little conversations we have together is indescribable ! Being able to wake up to her sweet voice singing my name is what makes my world go round :)

I know I tell you this each and every day, but " I love you more then the sun, More then the moon, More then ALLL the stars above, Thats how much I Love You" You have changed my life from the second I saw you on the sonogram screen, you were just as carefree then as you are now :) You are constantly making me laugh and smile through out the day. Even though your listening skills are still in the works and you are learning the small word "discipline", I still love you more and more each day !! You are not even 2 yet, and I am SO PROUD of you !! I am so lucky to have such a smart, talented, curious little girl like you ! I love how you are always wanting to learn more, how you wake up signing and laughing, I love how everytime I see you, you hug and kiss me.. even if you just hugged and kissed me 2 min before. I love how you tell me every day " mommy, I love you" and blow me a kiss afterwards. I love you SO MUCH Alexa !!!

Best Friend Day !!!

Today, was the perfect day for the fountains with Brittany and Avery !! 

The last time we took the girls here they were 5 and 6 months old, and as you can see from the picture of them when they were babies to now, nothing has changed ( haha ) 

 Alexa left  ( 5 months old and  Avery right ( 6 months old )

To now !

 Avery left  ( 20 months ) and Alexa right  ( 19 Months old )

Im not sure why, but Alexa ALWAYS has to drink the water l0l

Here it looks like one of the girls gave Alexa and Avery an idea, and Alexa is ALL ears and Avery is staring at Alexa like " Is this a good idea ? " l0l

Here we are at Yogli Mogli, 

THE BEST FROZEN YOGERT PLACE OUT THERE !

As you can see Alexa is very excited to dig into our frozen yogurt.

After the girls had eaten their treat, they decided to be goofy and play around. 

they chased each other, laughed their butts off, pushed chairs around, and sat at the chalk board. 

unfortunately, we didn't get pictured of all of the fun that went on, Brittany and I as well were too busy laughing at the girls and having fun at Yogli Mogli :D

My BEAUTIFUL baby girl !!! Gosh do I love her more then life itself <3

She has been the GREATEST gift Blake and I could have ever asked for ! She is ALWAYS bringing me up when I am down, teaching me things no one could have ever taught me, and showing me the TRUE definition of LOVE <3 Waking up to her sweet little voice saying " momma, where areee you " simply makes my day 500x better then it already was <3

And after a LONG day of fun with her Best Friend Avery

 Alexa has passed out earlier then normal and is sound asleep Dreaming of sweet baby things <3
